Make it safe, make it right, prove it — every batch, every time. Start with the video, then work through the modules in order.

What you will be able to do

  • Explain what GMP is, why it exists and how it differs from QA and QC
  • Apply the personal hygiene, gowning and training rules expected of every person on site
  • Keep premises and equipment fit for use: layout, cleaning, calibration and status labels
  • Control materials and production: quarantine, line clearance, in-process checks and batch records
  • Write and correct records the GMP way (ALCOA+) and support independent QC
  • Handle complaints, recalls and self-inspections, and get ready for a GMP inspection
