5S methodology (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) and the ERP's scored 5S assessment — each question rated 0 to 4, the same way our assessors score your areas.
What is included: a 3-minute narrated training video with captions, 6 illustrated lessons, 6 knowledge checks, the 5S audit self-check (9 questions our assessors use), a 20-question final exam drawn from a bank of 25, a practical workplace assignment and a printable study handbook (PDF).
Certificate: finish every item, score 70% or more in the final exam and pass the assignment to receive a verifiable AuditCert International training certificate.

Yes. Finish every lesson and knowledge check, score 70% or more in the final exam and pass the workplace assignment. AuditCert International then issues a training certificate that anyone can verify on our website.
What do I need to take part?
A phone or computer with internet. For the assignment you need access to a real work area (production floor, kitchen, store or office) to apply the self-check.
Will this help us prepare for a 5S audit?
Yes. The self-check uses the same questions our assessors ask, with the same rating scale, so you can find and close gaps before the audit.
